Shipping Policy

Products

The Fourth currently offers two types of product:

• Gift Vouchers – delivered instantly by email. No physical shipping is involved.
• Hospital Bag (£150) – launching Q4 2026. Not yet available for purchase.

Delivery Options (Hospital Bag)

Once the Hospital Bag is live, we'll offer two UK delivery options:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1-3 working days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Spain only. 

Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery windows above, occasional delays can occur due to courier or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thefourth.uk.
