Foundations of The Fourth
Our packages have been created to support you mentally, emotionally and physically. With postnatal Ayurvedic based foods, lymphatic massage and doula support, we’ll help your body to heal, so that your mind can focus on what’s important - building a lasting bond with your newborn.
We also offer a range of additional services that can be added to any package or tailored to create something bespoke for you.
For those first 12 weeks postpartum, we recommend the 3 day package as a one off or to be booked whenever needed, with options to add any additional services depending on your personal needs.

The role of the postnatal doula is to support your emotional well-being and offer any support needed for your baby. Our incredible team of Doulas can help with; breastfeeding advice, changing of dressings, baby massage, identifying your baby’s needs, taking care of your baby so you can sleep, shower or just to take a moment for yourself.

Holistic massage focuses on the health of your whole body whilst lymphatic drainage massage uses techniques to move the fluids from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases swelling in your tissues. The benefits of postnatal massage for recovery are huge, including:
• Soothing of the mind and body post birth
• As hormones rebalance and your body rebuilds, long, gentle massage strokes boost circulation and blood flow, and help to drain excess fluids - all while comforting your mind and body. -
This helps you to recover and replenish energy, supporting physical and emotional well-being after childbirth.
Our Reflexologist will help to alleviates common postpartum discomforts such as; muscle-tension, breast tenderness, back pain, and swelling by stimulating circulation and promoting relaxation.
We offer two treatments:
Feet: Focuses on each body system, working one foot at a time with movements to create deep relaxation.
Facial: Facial reflexology is like a cosmetic facial but with many more benefits. As well as using the same techniques as foot and hand reflexology, Gua Sha is also used.

Fresh, organic, gluten-free, home-cooked postpartum meals with Ayurvedic roots, made by our Nutritionist, Eleni. During your postpartum period, food plays an essential role in aiding your recovery process.
Now is the time for profound nourishment to facilitate your body's natural healing processes and support the production of milk. We will deliver enough food for 2 adults, giving you one less thing to worry about. If food for a partner is not required, please let us know and we can adjust the cost.

A daily 1.5-2 hour visit from a cleaner reduces your household chores — such as laundry, bed linen changes, and light cleaning — so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Email us to discuss the package or the services you’re interested in. Once you're ready, we'll send an invoice. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due approximately seven days before your package/service begins or your due date. If you’re booking post-birth, you can pay in full and head straight to step 4.

If you booked before your due date, we’ll check in a few weeks before to ensure you're prepared for postpartum.
